Accessing the printer’s Event logs with these steps below will guide you in how to capture the complete error message or code.
Step 1. Go to the printer’s Diagnostics Menu by pressing the 3 and 6 buttons simultaneously while powering the printer On, then release the buttons when the clock graphic displays.
Step 2. From the Diagnostics Menu, navigate through Event Log > Display Log and it will then show the complete error code. Once you capture the error, perform the necessary troubleshooting for the error.
