Overview
When the printer language is set to Spanish, there is no Continue option on the printer control panel to clear the paper jam error message after removing the jammed paper from the printer.
Solution
Updating the printer firmware will fix the issue. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support to acquire the latest firmware.
NOTE: The Lexmark representative might ask for the printer's current firmware level. Refer to the instructions in this article on how to check and update the firmware.
