Overview
The 202.02 Paper Jam error indicates two (2) sheets of paper are jammed in the printer's standard output bin or that the paper is stuck in the fuser. The first jammed sheet is part way out the top in the standard output bin area; the rest of it, along with the second page, is folded up at the bottom of the fuser with both jammed pages being blank or having no print image at all.
NOTE: When the error message appears on the control panel display, it will include the printer area where the jam occurred.

Troubleshooting

Steps | Action |
1 | Be sure any previous jams have been completely removed. |
2 | Make sure that the affected paper tray is loaded properly. |
3 | Close all doors and covers completely. Then try printing a single sided job. |
