How to Configure Lexmark Print Management Full Data Export for MSSQL Database

Overview

This article provides the steps required to configure a full data export for Lexmark Print Management (LPM) with Microsoft SQL (MSSQL) database.

Procedure

StepAction
1 Open a web browser, then go to http://<loadbalancer IP address>:9780/lmc to open the Lexmark Management Console (LMC).
2 Click on the System tab, select Reports, and then click Add.
3 Type a Report Name.
4 Set Jasper Report File Name to FullDataExport.jasper.
5 Set Default Output Format to CSV.
6 Set Data Source to EXTERNAL.

Use the following values:

Database Driver: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriverDatabase URL: jdbc:sqlserver://<sqlserverhostname>:1433;databasename=<lpm database name>;" Username: <Username> Password: <Password>


Note: The values for <sqlserverhostname>, <lpm database name>, <username>, and <password> depend on your setup. Click here to view sample image.
