The printer registers a 900.47 error code when printing any document from a computer. A secondary crash code follows: @PROCESS P4RenderC:1523.
Explanation
The firmware developers have determined that the error code is likely due to the update (performance improvement) that was introduced for X95x products, which caused a failure for the C95x products.
Solution
Check the printer’s current firmware. Check Checking the latest Lexmark printer firmware for the steps.
NOTE: If the firmware is already updated, skip Step 2 and go directly to Step 3.
Update the printer firmware to PE release version LHS42.TP.P563 and above.
