  • T65x Series laser printers and related products.

Suggested Remedy

your device's firmware level is current...Contact Lexmark Technical support for a possible firmware solution. Reference this article's ID (SO7556).
you are not sure if your device firmware levels are current...

View the values under Device Information. You can view this information via a printed Menus Settings page or the device's embedded Web server.

Update device firmware to see if the problem resolves itself. If the problem persists, contact Lexmark Technical Support.
