'Jobs by User' Does Not Display When Performing a 'Print and Hold' Function

The Jobs by User button is not displayed when multiple users have utilized one of the printer driver Print and Hold features. Click here for illustration.

Suggested Actions

Press Held Jobs and then select the user's name on the next screen. Alternatively, consider the procedure below to enable this button.

Procedure: How to display 'Jo bs by User' on the LCD

The factory default setting for this feature is set to Do Not Display. To get this icon to appear on the LCD touch panel:

  1. Press Menus.

  2. Press Settings (

    ).

  3. Press General Settings (

    ).

  4. Press (

    ) until Home Screen Customization appears, and then press (
    ).

  5. Press (

    ) until Jobs by User appears.

  6. Press (

    ) to change this setting from Do Not Display to Display.

  7. Press Submit.NOTE: Button appearance varies by printer or MFP.
