Input trays are configured to handle Letter, Universal and other paper sizes.

Default tray set to Letter size.

Letter paper size is selected. When you send a JPEG file to the printer, it may pick Universal (or another size) instead of Letter.

  • This does not happen on local print.

Recommended solution

Uncheck the Auto Fit option found on the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS) > Settings > Print Settings > Image Menu, and then click Submit.
