When you copy using a printer with no quota set on Document Accounting in Lexmark Print Management (LPM) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) version 1.15.1 and below, the printer acts as if it is printing but the page comes out blank.
Update the LPM SaaS app to version 1.15.2 or higher.
