All pages printed are completely black. There is no white border around the edge of the page.
NOTE: If there is a white border around the solid black print,
Check for any obstruction in the paper path and clear the obstruction if one exists.
Remove the print cartridge then lower the door halfway to verify the charge roll assembly is properly installed.
Reinstall the print cartridge and make sure that it is seated properly.
