Suggested Remedy
Mac Binary PS should be enabled on the recipient printer or MFP in order for Remote Copy to work properly. You can choose to either set it to "On" or "Auto" as both will work.
To do this, two locations/methods exist to make this setting change.
Method 1: Embedded Web Server(EWS) via Settings(Configuration) > Network/Ports > Standard Network.
Click on Settings.
Click on Network/Ports.
Clickon Scan to Network.
Next to Mac Binary PS, click on the down-arrow to select Auto or On.
Click Submit.
Method 2: MFP Control Panel viaMenus > Network/Ports / Standard Network.
Press the Menus button in lower right-hand corner of control panel.
Select Network/Ports.
Select Standard Network.
Scroll down until you see Mac Binary PS.
Select Auto or On.
Select Submit.
