Overview
This article lists the configurable settings found under Configuration > Email and FTP Settings and provides links to documents that describe these settings in detail. NOTE: Security permissions set on a device may prevent access to these settings.
The following configuration capabilities are available:

Three methods for entering shortcuts on the MFP:
- Enter (#) plus a shortcut number from the Home screen.
- Select the shortcut from the Address Book within the E-mail or FTP functions.
- Enter (#) plus a shortcut number from the E-mail or FTP destination screen.
