Image comes out as a solid black sheet with a three millimeter white border.

NOTES:

  • This defect could appear on a Lexmark X65x scanner.
  • The menu pages prints fine, but scanner copies are solid black with a three millimeter white border at the edge of the page.
  • Sometimes just the left side or right side of the page will be solid black, with the white border still visible around the whole page.
  • If the menu page and other printed pages (not copies) are solid black, .
