What you will see
When scanning a multipage document via the Auto Document Feeder (ADF), the result is a single file with one (1) page ONLY.
NOTE: This problem is encountered on Lexmark X65x MFPs that are USB-connected on a Macintosh OS X 10.7.x.
Suggested action
Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for assistance in installing a patch for this concern.
Workaround
Should you have limitations on installing any files into your computer; i.e., the administrator restricts users from deploying/installing patches, follow the steps below as a workaround:
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Load the first page on the ADF. |
| 2 | Open Image Capture Application (ICA), and make sure that the format is set to “PDF” and that “Combine into single document” is ticked. |
| 3 | Press Scan. Important! Leave Image Capture open. |
| 4 | After completing the scan, load the second page on the ADF. |
| 5 | Press Scan again.
Note: The result will be a single file with the complete number of pages scanned.
