Corrupt Call ID information results in and 900.00 firmware error and with the following secondary crash code:

Affected products

This issue was first seen on the X65x Series of MFPs, however, it is possible this issue may be seen on printers with similar firmware architecture.

Fix

Check your printer's latest to identify this fix. Otherwise, contact Lexmark Technical Support to request PE firmware LR.MN.P715 or greater, or request that this firmware be made available for your printer.
