What you will see
The card reader doesnot detect your badge when you swipe it while the printer is in sleep mode. You may need to restart the printer to make it work.
NOTE: ‘Sleep Mode’ is the printer's energy-saving state. It saves energy by lowering the printer’s power consumption during extended periods of inactivity.

NOTE: Anx denotes any number within a given printer model series.
Recommended solution
Update the PKI auth app to certified release version 4.1.12 or higher.
