What You Will See
When you make a copy, the resulting document appears with a colorful border around the page.
Explanation
This occurs when the original document is smaller than the Letter size and without changing the Copy From: 8.5 x 11 to match the smaller original.
Print Sample
The print sample below shows an A5 as the original paper size. However, the actual output has colorful borders. See sample image below.

Troubleshooting
| Steps | Actions |
| 1 | Press the Copy icon and select the size that matches the original document under Copy From.
Note: If you need to use the white space around the document and you cannot select the Copy From that matches the original, proceed with the steps below.

| 2 | Change the Copy From to a size that matches the original, i.e., A5 size. |
| 3 | The Scale will be defaulted to 133% at this setting; please change it to 100%. |
| 4 | Select Advanced Options then select Advance Imaging. |
| 5 | Under Advance Imaging, set Auto Center to ON. |
| 6 | Press the Check Mark to continue and then select the Back button to get to the home screen. |
| 7 | Select Save as shortcut and then enter the name of your shortcut. Once the shortcut name is entered, press Done. |
| 8 | When you want to use this shortcut again to make a copy, press the # from the number pad and then the number assigned to your shortcut. Go back to the Home screen and make your copy. The settings will be pre-selected for you.
