Only one recipient is recognized with multiple email addresses selected via email shortcut

What you will see

Even though multiple e-mail addresses are selected as recipients using the E-mail Shortcut icon on the printer’s control panel, only one recipient will receive the e-mail. This happens when the Device Quota app is installed and enabled.

NOTE: E-mail Shortcut icon can be enabled or disabled via the printer’s Embedded Web Server ( EWS) > Settings > General Settings > Home screen customization.

Access the printer EWS by typing the printer IP address into the URL field of your browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari).
For example, enter http://MFP_IP_Address, where MFP_IP_Address is the IP address of the printer.

Recommended solution

Update the printer’s firmware to PE release code P501 or higher.
