Overview
The Job Accounting Settings’ User Name/ID preset is not saved after restarting the Macintosh OS X 10.9.x and 10.10.x. Other preset settings are saved.
NOTE: The option to “ Prompt for job accounting settings at print time” on Windows is not available on Macintosh computers.
Affected products
This issue has been seen on the Lexmark X74x Multifunction Printers (MFP).
NOTE: An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
Recommended solution
Update the printer’s driver with a modified driver package.
