Please contact Lexmark Technical Support and reference this article ID# TE2.
Cartridge may be broken.
This is difficult to check without another cartridge on hand.
Cartridge may not be seated properly.
To check this:
Turn off the printer.
Reseat the toner cartridge.
Close the lid.
Power the printer back on and check the display.
You may not have the correct replacement cartridge.
Please contact your point of purchase, especially if the cartridge is brand new out of the box.
