Using ViewTrac Manager, look for each user identified by the name Port 9100 or Unknown (blank), and assign those users limitless print-job permissions.
Explanation
In rare instances, a concurrently running internal function(s) on the MFP could supercede priority of a properly user-registered print job. In these instances, the MFP (Port 9100) or unknown (blank) username displaces the original user's registered print job.
