The printer performs sluggish prints after printing 7 to 8 pages.
Troubleshooting
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Observe whether the print speed will return to its normal speed after several pages. It is normal for the printer to slow down after a couple of pages to let to fuser cool off. |
| 2 | Make sure that the printer settings correspond with the media being used and the firmware is updated. |
| 3 | Check whether Eco Mode is set to ON and the resolution is set to 1200dpi. |
| 4 | Isolate the issue by doing a standalone print test on the printer. |
| 5 | Check the functionality of the sensors by performing a sensor test from the printer's Diagnostic Menu. |
