When you power the printer on, it displays a 241.03, 241.05 or 241.08 paper jam error code.
Troubleshooting
| Step | Action |
1 | Check for any obstruction in the paper path and clear the obstruction if one exists. |
2 | Remove media and fan. Ensure media is loaded properly. |
3 | Check the wear strips for damage. |
