What you will see
You cannot deploy any driver profiles to a remote computer using the Printer Driver Configuration Utility (PDCU) version 3.1.x.0.
Recommended solution
Make sure both the local and remote computers contain the following:
- PDCU version 3.1.x.0
- Same printer driver version
NOTE: PDCU is an additional software included in the complete drivers and software package for Windows. To download, visit the Universal Print Driver page.
