What you will see
When you enter your user name and attempt to authenticate on PaperCut, the password is pre-populated with the user name entered on the previous screen.
NOTE: You will need to clear the field before entering your password.

Recommended solution
Update your printer to the corresponding firmware levels below:
Printer Model | Recommended Firmware Update | How to Obtain |
2010 models | EC4 P440 or higher | Visit the Lexmark support website, and enter your printer model. |
2012 models | PE release P483 or higher | Please contact Lexmark Technical Support and reference this article ID. Support personnel can assist with the update procedure if necessary. |
