'Busy, Please Wait...' message appears while printing then posts a 900.55 error code

Issue Description:

While a user is printing multiple print jobs, the printer suddenly posts a Busy, please wait... for a few minutes then a 900.55 Firmware appears on the control panel.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the packaging material that is still installed in the toner cartridges.

  2. Perform a Power-On Reset (POR) by manually switching the printer OFF for a minute then powering it back ON.
