Unrecognized characters appear when printing directly to the printer

Issue Description:

Unrecognized Characters appear in the document when an end user prints a PDF directly to the printer without using any print drivers.

An example is sending the file over FTP, or through a web browser using the Lexmark Cloud portal, or the Chrome plugin.

Solution:

To resolve this issue a firmware the firmware needs to be updated with firmware P741.
