What you will see
The Scan to E-mail resolution returns to a 75 dpi value AFTER selecting a recipient from the Search Address Book option.
NOTE: The issue is not seen when using shortcuts.

This issue has been seen on following Lexmark models, but other models not listed here could be affected:

Recommended solution
Update the printer’s firmware to PE Release code P449 or the latest. For IPDS-enabled devices, please update to PE Release code P457 bundled with IPDS 4.50-00553 (or higher).
