What you will see
Printer hangs at boot up, but the printer Webpage can still be accessed.
This symptom was first seen after importing security UCF files and manifested itself as a 900.32 Auth Settings Corrupt error.
This issue occurs when you are using authentication with Internal Accounts set to username only, and in conjunction with certain device solutions.

Contact Technical Support or visit support.lexmark.com to obtain the latest firmware revision and update the printer's base code and engine code.
NOTE: Make sure that you also update the engine code.
Next, export and create a new UCF file that can be imported to the device.
Open the printer's Web page, e.g., http://MFP_IP_Address, where IP_ Address is the TCP/IP Address of the printer.
Navigate to Settings > Device Solutions > Solutions (eSF).
If you see one of the apps in a "Starting" status, then attempt to stop the application.
Reboot the device with the ethernet cable detached.
After the device reboots, reconnect the ethernet cable and turn the printer off and on one last time.
