Files cannot be printed from Google drive

When Selecting A File from Your Folder to Print, An "Unable to print" Message Appears.

Affected Products:

All current versions of the Google Drive app and all Lexmark MFPs that are compatible with this app.

Issue Description:

A message, "Unable to print. Document may have been deleted or a communication error has occurred" appears when attempting to print a document from your Googleā„¢ Drive folder.

You are able to deploy and successfully configure the app, and select a file from the app; however, when you attempt to print a selected file, you receive this error message.

Solution:

Updating the Google Drive app to 2.0.3 version will fix the issue. Download the latest version of the app from Virtual Solution Center.
