Slow printing for encrypted jobs

Issue description

• When an encrypted job is sent to eTask4 or earlier devices, it takes quite some time to print the job. Thus, showing the slow printing behavior.
• This problem happens typically for large jobs (jobs with image or having higher spool size).
• This problem happens even if the Lexmark Document Distributor (LDD) is not involved, and direct printing of encrypted job from the print driver.

Solution

Disable encrypted jobs in either of the following ways:

• Disable sending encrypted jobs from the print driver.
• Disable sending encrypted jobs for the LDD Client Software.
• Enable LDD to decrypt the encrypted jobs and then send to printer from Print Release Solution settings via Lexmark Management Console.
