Card Copy application output is too dark

When using the Lexmark Card Copy app, the output comes out too dark.

NOTE: The copy and print qualities are both fine.

Here are the settings that need to be set up on the printer to fix the issue.

Step	Action
1	Open the printer’s Embedded Webserver (EWS) by typing the printer’s IP address on an Internet browser, that is, http://192.168.10.1.
2	Go to Settings >Print Settings >Quality Menu.
3	Make sure that the settings are set exactly like this sample image below:
4	Should issue persist, please contact Lexmark Technical Support for assistance.
