NOTE: The copy and print qualities are both fine.
Here are the settings that need to be setup on the printer to fix the issue.
|1||Open the printer’s Embedded Webserver (EWS) by typing the printer’s IP address on an Internet browser, i.e., http://192.168.10.1.|
|2||Go to Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu.|
Make sure the settings are set exactly like this sample image below:
