Overview
A 200.11 Paper Jam message is caused by skewing; however, it can also be caused by the paper tray itself.
Therefore an engineering change has been implemented to address this issue. This change went into effect on 06/05/2009 (June 05, 2009).
Troubleshooting
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Power off the printer/MFP and remove the paper tray. |
| 2 | On the bottom of the paper tray, locate its production date ( click here for an example). The date of manufacture in the example picture is year: 09, month: 2: Febuary, date: 24 or Feb. 29, 2009. |
| 3 | Was the tray produced before June 05, 2009? Yes: Set up a service call to replace the following parts: 40X5273: 550 Sheet assemblyNo: Continue to diagnose the issue as outlined here. |
