Overview

202.13 error messages are caused by the paper not correctly exiting the fuser into the paper bin, where instead of stacking normally, it folds or scrolls and ultimately jams.

Remove all paper from the exit bin and check the exit rollers. Do you see any loose debris or torn paper stuck in them?

Yes: Remove the foreign object and print your job again. If the paper jam occurs, continue to Step 2;otherwise the issue is resolved.

No: Continue to Step 2.

Remove all of the paper from Tray 1 and check for any loose debris or torn paper.

Was there any torn paper or loose debris in Tray 1?

Yes: Remove the foreign object and print your job again. If the paper jam reoccurs, continue to Step 3;otherwise the issue is resolved.

No: Continue to Step 3.
