120.09 Error continuously shows after installing a new Fuser

Issue description

The printer continuously shows the 120.09 Error after installing a brand new Fuser.

Possible cause

The following reasons may have caused the printer to post the error:

  • Damaged Fuser connector pins
  • Possible damage to machine side auto-connect
  • Cracked fuser heater slab
  • A bad Low-Voltage Power Supply (LVPS)

Solution

If the error appeared only after installing a new Fuser assembly, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
