Overview
When you add a job or select a queue via Lexmark Mobile Printing or Print Release app version 1.13 on an iOS9 device, the app crashes and the device goes back to the home screen.
Recommended solution
Update the Lexmark Mobile Printing and Print Release apps to version 1.14 or higher via the Apple App Store. Click on the following links to obtain the file:
