Overview
This Readme file pertains to the current release of the LEXMARK CPA PARTNER MFP solution for multifunction printers (MFPs).
Lexmark CPA Partner MFP is a set of embedded Java applications that are installed as flash files on multifunction printers (MFPs) that support the Lexmark Embedded Solutions Framework (eSF). CPA Partner MFP helps CPA Firms improve their common paper workflow processes.
Requirements
CPA Partner consists of six eSF applications:
- Background and Idle Screen 3.0.5.1003
- Enables a timed idle screen to appear and a custom background to be featured on the MFP touch screen.
- Card Copy 2.0.5.1003
- Enables users to scan each side of ID cards and print both sides in an enlarged format on one side of a single sheet of paper.
- Eco-Copy 3.0.0.1003
- Enables users to choose from three different copy options and always prints copies in duplex mode.
- Accounting Forms 2.0.7.1003
- Enables users to print bookmarks. A bookmark references a URL (an address for a Web page or an item on an FTP server).
- Remote Copy 2.0.6.1003
- Provides users with the flexibility to scan documents at the supported MFP and then send the scanned documents to a separate network printer at another location.
- Scan to Practice 3.3.1.1003
- Enables users to scan documents to a network, with network destinations chosen by the administrator.
A multifunction printer that supports eSF v2.0 applications.
