Issue description

Horizontal streaks mar the printed page, as shown below.

Recommended troubleshooting

  1. The photoconductor (PC) sump maybe full; replace PC unit as needed.

  2. Excessive page count can also cause this defect type. Try a different toner cartridge and see if the defect clears.

  3. Contact Lexmark Technical Support should the defect persist.
