What you will see
Call Routing devices such as a STICK™ or ComSwitch™ may prevent your printer from recognizing incoming rings.
This can be fixed by adjusting a modem setting from the Fax Tech menu.
NOTE: Contact Lexmark Technical Support if you do not know how to access this menu.
Press 4 for the Modem Settings menu.
Press 0 four times(4X) until you see High Ring Impedance, and then press 8.
Press Start to Enable the setting.
Press Stop five times(5X) to return to Ready.
