The Scanner Jam Recovery option, found on the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS) – Settings – General Settings, is missing.

Functioning as designed

By design, X46x and X86x series printers do not support this function. However, other models such as X65x, X73x, and other newer printer series are supported.

An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
