This issue was first seen on the X65x Series of MFPs, however, printers with similar firmware architecture may possibly exhibit this issue.
Suggested remedy
Verify your printer's latest firmware level as seen next to the Base code; this is found under Device Information on your menu settings page.
Check your printer's latest to identify a possible fix. Otherwise, contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigation.
