Unable to scan using Image Capture

The scan button is grayed out when scanning either via USB or Network using Image Capture Application ( ICA). This behavior has been seen on the Lexmark X466dwe printers.

Recommended solution

To resolve this concern, update the printer’s ICA package specific to X466dwe devices.
