After installing Encaptureā„¢, the application button does not appear on the printer.

Suggested check

Encapture requires the use of a hard drive with free allocated space in order to function. However, this fact will not prevent the software from being installed on a device.

Explanation

The Encapture application icon will not display on any printer that has a missing, defective, or un-recognized hard drive.
