What you will see
A failure to change the behavior of the Advanced Prompting embedded solution through the printer's web interface. Accessing the app's configuration settings, and enabling or disabling settings such as "IdDevice Beep" and "Please wait message" has no effect on the prompting behavior seen on the device.
Remedy and fix
Version 4.9.3 of the Advanced Prompting embedded solution does not display this symptom.
Version 5.1 will address this issue. It has a tentative release date of March 2018.
