A 900.94 Firmware Error is displayed on the MFP.
This error is generated by a possible corrupt fax job that impacts the fax print process.
Affected Products
At this time, only the X46x* series MFPs have been witnessed generating this error.
*An x denotes any number within a specific model series; e.g., X462, X464, X466, etc.

Possible Firmware Update
You may be asked to update printer firmware, so have your current Base and Engine code levels ready to share with the technical support representative.
To check this:
Open the MFP's web page or embedded web server (ews); for example, enter http://ipaddress, where ipaddress is the TCP/IP address of the MFP.
Click on Reports.
Click onDevice Information and take note of your current Base and Engine code levels.
