X64x Print Quality Tool ? Solid Black Copies with 3mm White Border

NOTES:

• This defect can appear on a Lexmark X64x scanner.
• The menu pages prints fine, but scanner copies are solid black with a three millimeter white border at the edge of the page.
• Sometimes just the left or right-hand side of the page will be solid black, with the white border still visible around the whole page.

This defect requires immediate scanner service. If the device is still in warranty, please contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service.
