T64x&X64x Print Quality Tool ? Blank Printout

• Blank pages can sometimes occur when the printer picks more than one page at a time.
• The recommendations listed here are to correct continuous blank pages.

1. Clear the paper path of any media, staples, or obstructions.



2. Try printing on recommended media that is dry and fresh out of a ream.



3. Check the toner level. Replace the print cartridge if the toner is low.



4. Check the print cartridge for proper installation.



5. If defect persists, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer
