Recommended troubleshooting

A defective Photoconductor Unit (PCU) could cause this type of print defect. Therefore, it is always recommended to verify the same results from a different PCU. If the result is the same or should you not have an extra PCU to test, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
