This article provides the steps required to enable print error information for PostScript (PS) drivers. Print error information helps you determine the specific PS driver error causing the print failure.
|1|| Go to Start > Control Panel – Printers or Devices and Printers (for Windows 8 and below) or Settings – Devices – Printers and Scanners (for Windows 10).|
|2|| Right-click on the printer, and then select Printing Preferences.|
|3|| Click on Other Options tab.|
|4|| Select Print error information, and then click OK.|
