One side of the printed image is lighter than the other.
Remove the toner cartridge from the printer and shake it rigorously from side to side.
Re-install the cartridge into the printer and print a test page.
If the issue persists, check the toner level by printing the Menu Settings page. To do this, browse through: Menu> Reports> Menu Settings page.
If the toner level is low, replace the cartridge. However, should the toner level still be sufficient or if the issue persists even with a new cartridge, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
